HATO® Tex Fluorescent Paints can be applied to widely varying surfaces such as fabric or wood. The adherence and elasticity of the ready-to-use paints makes them suitable for use on fabric surfaces. A 3D effect occurs when the paints are viewed through special spectacles. HATO® Tex Flourescent Paints ‘Invisible’ produce high-quality fluorescent effects which are not visible in normal daylight. They appear only in UV light, when they burst forth in radiantly Fluorescent Paint.
