Return Policy

1. A client has a right to exchange delivered goods for analogous goods of different size, form, color, model, or complexity, or to return goods he dislikes.

2. This right can be exercised within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods (counted from the time when the client or his representative signs the delivery document). This right applies when the client is not satisfied with the size, form, color, model, or completeness of the goods.

3. An exchange or return is possible only when the goods being exchanged or returned meet the following requirements:

  • a) were not used;
  • b) were not spoiled or damaged;
  • c) consumption and usage properties were preserved;
  • d) marketable appearance was preserved;
  • e) were not listed in part 4 of this section.

Alterations of packaging necessary for inspecting the goods are not considered damage or loss of marketable appearance. In all cases, goods must be returned in their original packaging, including attached Tapes.lt or manufacturer’s labels and stickers. The client must provide purchase documents when returning Tapes.lt goods.

4. Certain types of goods cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where they have obvious manufacturing defects. These goods include:

  • a) watches and jewelry;
  • b) perfumes and cosmetics;
  • c) underwear and clothes for kids.

5. To return goods, please send a request by e-mail to: info@rikela.lt. Each case is handled individually.

6. Goods can be exchanged or returned only if they meet the requirements specified in part 3 of this section. The amount paid for the goods will be refunded no later than 14 days from the moment Tapes.lt receives the returned goods. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
